all client-based activity providing detailed reports. For
example, out-bound calls made, fill rates, pay rates and
margins achieved.
IQX allows users to create and edit all reports and extract
data. In addition, the system helps users to measure the
impact of marketing campaigns by reporting on response rates
and outcomes. These reports are automatically generated
and electronically forwarded to the marketing department.
