actual against recorded hours and in the case of complex
shift patterns calculates the appropriate pay rates. When
applied to permanent placements, IQX records all communications
and actions, providing users, candidates and clients with
a full progress history.
IQX enforces users' business rules. For example, it will
not allow candidates to be placed with clients who have
exceeded their credit limits unless the appropriate level
of authorisation is given to override the rule. Furthermore,
